By storing power in 4 commercial proprietary batteries, the IPS provides recycled, clean, safe, silent and pollution-free power. When your power fails the IPS 12000 goes to work immediately, providing 4-5 days (based on 3000W of usage per day) of emergency backup power. Plug in the IPS Solar Panels (sold separately) for outages exceeding 5 days and continue to enjoy ongoing, recycled, cost free power!
