California Company Launches Series of Services To Help Companies Better Prepare.

Antioch, CA (9/1/11) – All businesses know they should prepare for disruptions to their business, but not everyone knows how or even where to begin their preparations. Continuity Co., LLC a California limited liability company has just released several new services and products in time for September, which is also National Disaster Preparedness Month.

The first of these is a complete business continuity management service called :Continuity Plan B: ™.This service will allow a business to quickly and accurately discover their risk exposures and plan accordingly to mitigate those risks and to take proper action during an actual disruption to the business. This service also provides for plan maintenance and tracking, table-top exercises, and add-ons such as the vendor recovery evaluation, business travel and awareness, and even executive and key personnel preparedness planning. The plan also complies with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1600 Standard on business continuity. 

The second service is a complete disaster preparedness supply management program called Con-Ark™. This service is used in conjunction with Continuity Co., LLC’s own proprietary planning tool for calculating how many supplies your business will need based on the number of employees, business type, and the number of days you expect to take to recover, among other factors. Continuity Co., LLC has a free but scaled down version of this tool on their website which will allow you to calculate how much food and water you will require based on a worst case scenario.

The planning tool coupled with the Con-Ark™ program and service not only enables you to know how many supplies you will need, but they will custom design and build the Con-Ark™ to your needs. The Con-Ark™ can even be outfitted so it can be turned into a complete command center to run your recovery operations and can even be monitored remotely. As part of this completely managed service Continuity Co., LLC will also track your products in their database and alert you when they reach their end-of-life to make replenishment easy and unforgettable.

In addition to these new services Continuity Co., LLC will be giving away an iPad 2 to each new client who signs up for either a review of their existing continuity plan or when they sign up for the : Continuity Plan B: ™ service.
